How can I activate the additional pack for my friend?
After Buying the additional pack (with Starter or Premium) go to “My account”. There you will find a new tab labeled “Activate additional pack”.
Than just insert your friends email address - he/she needs to be already registered in CraftCv service. The activation will automatically expire in the same time as your paid plan.
Is my data safe?
Data safety is our priority. CraftCv is an independent portal, without external funding, therefore your data will remain secure and will not be transferred to other companies. Furthermore we are using SSL technology which is a cryptographic protocol designed to provide communication security over a computer network. Unlike other services we are not selling any data to third party services and you have full control over your personal data. You are able to delete your account at any time.
What will happen with my data after my paid plan will expire?
Your personal data is safely stored on our servers even if your paid plan will expire. After your paid plan will expire you won’t be able to download your CV in a form of a .pdf file but you will be able to edit and view your CV in our CV builder. If you have bought the Premium or Patron plan you will be able to see only the last edited file. In order to once again see all the CV’s and download .pdf files you have to buy the paid plan again.
Can I upgrade my paid plan?
In order to upgrade your plan you need to buy the desired plan. We will add the number of days you had on the lower plan to your new one. If you have any questions please contact us at support@craft-cv.com we would be happy to help :)
